Description
The Carrebaugh Class has recently been found to be a new and unexpected vessel in the Coalition Arsenal, possibly influenced by an SSC vessel, or a random development. Previously thought to be a purely surface water naval asset, the small gunboat is barely bigger than a small-craft. However, armed with a four-tube HVSDL launcher, and a dual-gunned Charged Particle Lance turret on the bow it's incredibly well armed for system defense operations. A potent ship-killer alone and in groups it's particularly effective as a gunboat to counter fighters and smaller lone pirate or enemy capital ships. In groups, however, it's known to effectively swarm enemy battle groups.
