Ok. Here's the alternate Mane 6.Left to right:
Top row: Babs Seed, Fictionary, Heartsong.
Bottom row: Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo.
Can you guess who is playing who?
Update: Due to Babs Seed getting her mark within the show's canon, I changed it to fit.

If Fictionary is in Twilight's place, does it mean Butterscotch will be in Flash Sentry's place? This brings up the possibility; would Fluttershy still be older than or actually younger than the Alternate Mane Six. Let's not forget that Butterscotch is her nephew.

For Butterscotch as Flash Sentry, I totally see it happening... only a bit more on the shy side.
As for Flutters... I considered her to be older then the mane 6 in canon (Her slightly taller foal size in 'Cutie Mark Chronicles'.) So, that would put her a little younger here. Maybe Butterscotch would be Flutters' uncle in the AU?

Hm, that is a possibility. That'd also make Boomer his younger brother and Scattered Marbles a baby.

That could work.
For Heartsong, she would be the oldest of 4. Song Cue and Orange Sherbet would be around the same age as the mane 6 in this universe (The former of the 2 under the 'wing' of (whoever Cadence is in this AU) as her student), and Rocky Road would be about a year or 2 younger. Sweet Song and Flutter-Butter would be living with their respective parents, as they are babies in this AU.

I see. I wonder who else would be affected? I imagine Flash Sentry, Shining Armor and Cadance would all be babies since they're older than Twilight. For Flash, that's a bit debatable; he might be a toddler.

Ah yes. Good points there. Flash would probably be a toddler, and then Shining Armor and Cadence as babies. This also throws a ringer on the Canterlot Wedding and Crystal Empire 2 parters.
And Sunset... I don't know how old she would be.

I thought it was pretty good. A lot better than the first one, in my opinion. As I said, I actually like Sunset Shimmer as a character, she's shown a lot more development in this film.
