another day, another deviantID - right? my old one got a bit outdated, especially art-wise, so I wanted to make a new one, and also taking the opportunity of adding a bit here and there.
actually there isn't much to say about this picture-wise, this is one of the situations where Tobias - living in the antarctic, where it's currently getting colder and colder, with winter starting again soon - likes to exaggerate a bit (wee seals have a lot of fantasy ยดn.n`).
Personality wise, that seal is rather on the quiet side, cheerful, but keeping himself in the background, being polite, caring for others and modest (which are virtues I value highly and try to adhere myself, even though I'm not always really good at it), and yet courageous when it comes to it.

The fish look like little kids listening to a story being told by a teacher and theyr'e so cute. They way Tobias is describing the whale, it is so big it doesn't even fit in the speech bubble! lol Nice touch. I like how this drawing has a painted look and all very nicely done.
I do have one criticism though, I know the sea has wavesbut the ocean's horizon should in my opinion be perfectly flat.

Aww, that's adorable!! And they are some of the cutest little fishies I see swimming down there!! They look CUDDLY, and that's pretty rare for a fish!! *Pets cuddly fishies*
I love the iceberg, it looks nice and shiny, and the tummy fur on Tobias is so fuzzly!! Nice job on the sea and the sky as well, I adore those clouds!! The expressions really cute as well!! =^-^=

Lol, must be getting colder, or maybe it's just that he's wet since he looks a lot darker than usual. The fur on his stomach and such really looks detailed, as always, but done nicely anyways.

- The chest fur, while good, seems out of place compared to the rest of the body. Ze body could use some (more) sense of texture for a good touch.
