this is one part of an art trade i'm doing with OnionKnight [link] ... its her character Lungile. he's an inventor so i wanted to draw him inventing something but the pose looked like he was getting ready to dig in to a hearty meal...i didnt know exactly what kind of inventor he was so i just mixed a few together.. i made him a little bit Leonardo Da Vinci a little bit Dr. Frankenstien and threw in a bit of Gargamel from the smurfs for good measure!
This is also one of the first drawings i've been bothered to put a background on!
it looks a little rushed because i wanted to get it finished by the end of this week cos im off on holidays aty the end of the week!! woooooo
this pic comes with something of a lesson as well, so listen up: if you're working on a pic you want to get finished and your boss asks if he can use your computer to check his email save the pic for the love of god SAVE the PIC!! or you could end up starting from the very beginning all over again... take heed young ones i almost murdered my employer this morning and then where would i be?
in conclusion... art trade!

The background is awsome, the forground is also awsome,.... so much awsome here I actually am having a hard time knowing what to say ^^

But by far the best part of the pic is the curly straw in the erlimire flask!!!! mmmmm, delicious green.
