For my cousin, Cloud's his favorite character. C:Fun/ painstakingly hard to draw & finish, this in total has taken me about 2 weeks.
Used a wacom tablet intuos 3 which is now returned to the college.. *sob*..
Hey guys, guess what. Tomorrow I should have finished my cert 3 in multimedia. Hurrah!!! C:

Interesting pose and colors! One thing that makes me thing: His sword's gotta be HEAVY, but the way he holds it here makes it appear to lightweight, I think...

Agreeing with a couple of above comments. c: I like his pose, expression and the whole feel of the piece.
You still can make your shadows darker and sharper though! I can see they've gotten darker, but you can do more! Maybe you might want to do some metal studies too, so you can do the shine on his sword. c: His arm is also a bit awkward-looking. It looks as though it's going off to the side, but his wrist is bending sort of forward, or 3/4. Did you use a pose reference?
So anyway, it's a pretty good picture all in all, but the little iffy flaws stick out and make it strange. Keep up the good work though!

I used a pose from posemaniacs.com to draw this. I do know what you mean yep. Muscles aren't my forte at all. xD It just looks.. weird haha.

I'm rubbish at writing proper critique so I'll just comment.
I like the pose and his expression, and the thoughtful feel it gives.
Your block colours are ok, I think you did the blade best, but you could be braver with the shadows and highlights for more depth. Especially when there are dark areas.
Overall it's a good piece, but if you can edit it for half an hour, you could take it to the next level.
