this was done with black ink...the dots were a pain.i do like it though, because i do like celtic knots a lot. also, i like trees.
pretty much everybody who has seen this image has commented that it is the "tree of life", and i guess it could go by that title too. trees often represent life, after all, as do celtic knots. the way knots never have a beginning or end represents the cyclic nature of life.

oh wow. i actually came across this image on google or something, and used it as an stencil for a plaster mold i made for a tile. to randomly come across this is great.. now i can thank you!

unfortunetly i do not have a picture
but basically, i traced it in plaster and then used it as a stamp for a clay slab... amber and green glaze + a cream colored ribbon made it sortof like a wall decor piece... but it was really fun to make
