It works at all parts of a model, only before association it is necessary to check whether names of the necessary bones coincide, and that there can be problems with them.

great video this help alot people not wanting to use blender and or 3dmaxs for creating meshmod/custom models also u can use clean armatures in the new xps 11.5 11.6 to get rid of the unused bones have no weight to them

yeah it cleans out the unused bones that have no weight make sure to use only xps 11.5 to 11.6 i ask Mr Xnalara to write new script to get fully get rid of unused bones that dont do nothing but putting weight on model also if model does have root ground it add it to them so try it out as makes using older models that where made in xps alot easy to work with and fix
