This tutorial is meant to be partnered with my Lineart Cleanup Action, [link]This tutorial is for all of those who do not know how to use actions. It's straight forward, and not recommended for anyone who's ever used a Photoshop action before.

I used CS4 to do this, so I cannot be sure it works with PS9, however, [link] <---is where the action file is. If you download this link file, and follow my instructions, it may work.
