Description
This is a quick one just to show the stealth side of the uniform.I made the cloak jet black as I imagined it was made out of some kind of none reflective material. It's experimental but it some how dampens light and reflection making it perfect for stealthing in shadows. I kept the cape lining yellow just as a nod to him once being robin.

The Gatchaman influences work very well with tim, I always thought it fits him well with a visual feature to his cowl. Don't know about the red piping on the grey helmet though, it's not as stealthy as the simple black cowl. Hopefully, the shadows will still let him pull off The Batman effect that Tim does so well.
