This trainer trains vaporeon. Alternate meanings are purely coincidental, I am certain.Whee~ More pokemon. I actually drew this a couple weeks ago, but never did any kind of background. I plunked something down today because I think this has sat on my hard drive long enough.
This guy is actually an RP character, and he wasn't originally blue and under-dressed. But, yeah. Things happen.
