This is sort of a collaboration with my dear friend,This is her black and-white Zentangle "Colouring page" ---> crystal-of-ix.deviantart.com/a…
I loved the pattern and, as some of you know, I do love coloured pictures and not balck-and-white sketches, I decided to try and colour :crystal-of-ix:'s art. I was certain it would look even better in colour. Besides, I was curious, how Zentangle would look in Vector, and.... I like my result
It was a bit challenging redrawing all the lines in Vector, but I think, I've gotten rather close to the original.

:iconbighreartplz: I am a HUGE Disney Classic fan, so naturally, this song has reached my heart! It's simple yet catchy as HEll, and absolutely hilarious! So, that was kind of my inspiration for choosing coliours. Thank You, dear for the pattern ans for the song! I loved both!

I love it! I especially love the red overlap (idk how else to put it) on the left! You coloured some of the outside triangles that would normally be other colors red, and now it totally looks like a spider web!

Yeah, I decided to show the different spider webs, which I could see in the picture, so I've made sort of a red "background" on the left to make the rainbow webs stand out more.
As to the right side, I felt like it was different from the left one somehow. The patterns in the sections on the right were ... uh... smoother or more... equal.? I don't know. The point is, that I couldn't see the "background" on the right side as clearly, as on the left one, so, I decided to pick a different method of colouring for the right side and just coloured the seven sections in seven colours of rainbow.
But I like the outcome!

Since you're the only one who's coloured this...what should I use as a base? Should I use an abstract thing like this, or based off something existing like a toaster?

Ummm... I honestly don't know... It is really your choice.
I am cool with both. If you come across some interesting pattern, you can make another abstract image, but if we want to do something different, we can try to use some existing image. MAybe an animal? (a cat, a unicorn, a wolf?) or a bird? (an owl or a phoenix?)
