Description
At the risk of sounding like a SquareEnix trailer, I present to you my current project: Digidogs, a Road Rovers spiritual successor, featuring a team of canid superheroes who keep the town of Howling Bay and abroad safe from criminals, terrorists, and even monsters.
I plan on this to be a comic/graphic novel series, split into 13-issue volumes.
What separates this from Road Rovers is that rather than this being about a pack of dogs transformed into anthropomorphic superheroes with a large machine created by a geneticist, it is about a group of high school students who are assembled and summoned by a literal creep and are given the ability to switch between their human and canid forms using a specially-made sports watch which, upon activation, will grant them superpowers, each one catering to their abilities and personalities.

This is Razor the Samoyed, the leader of the team, whose secret identity is Sylvester Greyhound, a 12th grade student from Howling Bay High School renowned for his stealth and tendency to pull pranks at his school, and is shift manager at the local fast-food eatery, Happy Burger.
His superpower is super-speed; able to dash from (and into) danger in a literal flash, and with proper training, he could one day break the sound barrier...
When he isn't showing off his lightning-fast running speeds, he is coming up with crazy, stupid, insane, usually dangerous, and potentially deadly ideas to solve even the most dire and urgent of problems. So much so, that one would suspect him, and even accuse him, of having a chemical imbalance of some sort.

Sylvester is a strong, natural leader who cares about his teammates, friends, and relatives, and is willing to take up any task, but a lifetime of sheltering from his mother and stepfather has taken its toll on his path to maturity. He tends to goof off and isn't ready to grow up just yet, which inspires the ire of his teammates, teachers, bosses, and principal, and Laura, especially. Seeing his role as a Digidog as a ticket to a more adventurous life, he often daydreams of wild adventures that lie just one press of a button away (and sometimes hiding away to pop up as Razor), though it can and often leads to him to trouble.

Having lost his father before birth, he learns of this truth and sets out to bring the one who did it to justice by any means necessary.

I had a lot of fun drawing this, as I really need to get back to my drawing. I did this using GIMP 2.10.12 and a Wacom Intuos Draw CTL490, running on Windows 10 64-bit with a 144hz monitor.
I plan on drawing the rest of the pack as practice and would love to hear constructive criticism as well as (if not more than) positive feedback.
