Description
A titular ghoul like monster from a short story by H.P. Lovecraft. The story tells about two grave robbers, who as a macabre hobby, spend their nights rummaging ancient tombs and crypts. To their detriment, one grave they rob contains a vengeful monster, a dog faced ghoul, who begins hunting them down.

Lovecraft's main characters are at times nasty pieces of work, but the Hound might have some of the creepiest and least likable of protagonist he ever wrote. And that includes his ancient world devouring worshipers as well.
