She made an effort and drew it again, because she was inspired by this.

The root of the problem is that the artist originally claimed the concept as hers. She has now credited Tacsayo, so the issue has blown over.

Ugh x.x I totally agree. I feel that the "Rainbow Dash" Episode are just "Treat Dash like she's a stupid, arrogant douche and be hypocritical so she learns her lesson". Pinkie's are just "Look at this pony! She's happy!" Flutters are "Uhm..she's nice?" Apple's are "Family!" and Rarity's are "clothes!"
