Anyone remember the Sega Genesis game Pulseman? That was a pretty cool game. I don't think it ever came to North America in the form of a cartridge, but you were able to play it on the Sega channel. I think Game Freak had considered a Pulseman 2 some time last decade, but Capcom had gone after Sonic Team for some similarities between some of their characters and MegaMan, and had threatened to sue. Game Freak probably saw this and said to themselves, "Well, Pulseman looks more like MegaMan than anything Sonic Team ever came up with" and decided that it was in Pulse's best interests not to have a sequel. But I dunno. If people generate enough interest, they might be able to work something out.

I'm working on getting a fancomic started based on the canon story from the game, vague as it is.

I didn't know anyone besides me who had Sega Channel, so I thought I was the only one who played this.
But now I'm sad, knowing that it could never happen because the developer, Game Freak, is Nintendo's pokemon slave
