Description
The insane jester lich, Arkahd, once used a cursed artifact to force an entire village to perform a musical he was writing. He was accompanied by a demon band that looks...slightly familiar.

Arkahd was the first major villain that my Spelljammer crew faced. He's theoretically a lich, but I didn't really stat him up, he was more a narrative force similar to a Mr. Mxytlplk or Impossible Man where the heroes didn't beat him just by beating him down to 0 hp... but had to outwit him or whatever. Always enjoyed running Arkahd. (His right hand was chopped off, so he wears an oversized scarecrow hand attached to his arm... and doesn't care if it's a right hand or left hand or whatever)
