Here's a stress-relief doodle that I felt like coloring. It's meant to kind of represent my idea of Blossom and Dexter's relationship before/during Fusion Fall: a continual series of bad timing! But they won't give up! (mm, Blossom is supposed to be holding Buttercup's blanket- it's just old so I put a patch on it :V and I know I cheated by changing Blossom's clothes a bit ~_~)
Aaaaand I'll get to replying to stuff after I get this song out of my head. Welp, guess I should replay it 500 times. Or sleep.

I know the feeling. I've been here shipping it for a while and it doesn't seem to be slowing down... I've seen the RRB vs. Everyone Else Debate, the Mass Exodus of the Bleedman Debacle, and the Great Push for BoysLove in Fusion Fall and none of it has deterred me. I'd call it a problem, but I'm having too much fun.

Aaah, I have so much love for DeeDark! I feel like it's the ship a lot of people accept but hardly anyone expresses their love for them in fan works. (And I'm guilty too! But I want to change my ways. ;_; ) My philosophy has always been, ignore the fanon fads and get out there and do your own thing. It's really the only reason why I post my stuff online (besides having a reason to talk to totally awesome people). I felt like people got caught up in this perpetual "I'm crushing on you so hard" routine with Dexter and Blossom, and I wanted to see cute, domestic, relationship-y stuff. So, here I am, lol.
Whaaaat! Your art is hella rad and you should be proud of it. It's clear you understand the dynamics of the characters, both personality-wise and physically. The best combination. Keep with it if you're having fun with it, because I'm totally enjoying you being here.

I love all kinds of Blossom x Dexter drawings you make, but I can not for the life of me figure out what this drawing means.

Not at all! I love discussing all things Blossom/Dexter!
In my opinion, either in Fusion Fall or a general crossover, the Blossom/Dexter coupling works best if they struggle to get together for an extended period of time, delaying their relationship into their late teens or older. And in this picture, it relates specifically to the events in Fusion Fall. So, the top half represents during the war, when Blossom is consumed with fighting and worrying about her family (especially Buttercup, cause she goes missing). Dexter is in the distance "chasing" the idea of being with Blossom. Then, the lower half is pre-war, when Dexter is earning his fame through his company and isn't thinking about much else. And Blossom is "chasing" the idea of being with him, attracted to his ambition and his ability to make a difference in the world. The events leave them wondering, "when will it be time for us?"
At least, that's what I made up in my head.

I plan to draw some Blossom x Dexter soon. My ideas will mostly be couple parodies and there friendship with another couple. (Billy x Mandy)

Awesome! I'll keep an eye out. I must admit, Blossom/Dexter doing everyday things together is one of my favorite things to see. But a lot of people don't do this... And seeing them interact with friends, it's even better.

I figured most fans of Blossom x Dexter started because of him. At least that's how I started becoming a fan.
I hope I can start my own style soon. (Another warning, since I don't have a scanner yet I will have to take a picture of it and upload them. Like I did with my Simpsons drawings.)

I give him props for making the idea of a mega-cartoon crossover popular (even though crossovers existed before his stuff), but he and his writers over-simplified the characters too much for my liking. And I'm not as big of a fan of the super moe anime style. I love the shoujo style, like with Hirunaka no Ryuusei and Ao Haru Ride , or simpler styles like Faster than a Kiss and Love So Life .
Basically, the only way to get good is to start, keep drawing, and looooook at everything. And I read a lot of manga to see what I like and don't like.

Sort of, yeah. It's more like, characters kept falling in typical tropes that made the story flat. Like Blossom becoming a damsel in distress and Dexter had to rescue her. Because... the glass was too tough? Really?
I agree with killing off Dee Dee. She's such an integral part of Dexter's Lab. And to kill her off really limits Dexter as a character. I can only take so much emo Dexter.
