This was going to be a Valentine's Day comic, but it started getting too elaborate (and boring). Plus, Mandark's design, for me, is a pain to draw consistently. I was going to have Mandark program the nano's to say various Valentine's Day-like things (so he could impress Dee Dee and charge users money at the same time). Mandark didn't want to use his nano until the 14th to talk to Dee Dee, so he blackmailed Dexter into allowing Mandark to change his nano self in order to test it on some new "Heroes," or new players to Fusion Fall. But when they get to Sector V, Blossom is skeptical about changing nano's (they're an important part in battling!), and explains in lengthy legal speak how all the characters could sue Mandark for using their image to make a profit. So then the three argue about making it a quest for players to get permission and blah, blah, blah.
I liked how some of the panels turned out, which is why I'm posting it. Feel free to imagine different dialogue if you choose to. XD

After all these years, Mandark finally has his nemesis right where he wants him: at his mercy.
I'd love going to Sector V, too (though for an entirely different reason)

Why'd Dexter blush when Mandark said he was going to Sector V?

In Fusion Fall, Blossom gives missions to new players, or "heroes," at Sector V if you choose Dexter to be your guide. In my made up storyline, I see Dexter working closely with Blossom to see how "heroes" are progressing. Although, he mostly goes there to be with Blossom. And I can see Mandark keeping a close eye on his rival. So when he guesses exactly where Dexter plans to go, Dexter understands that Mandark knows the real reason why he keeps going there.
I can see how it might be confusing- I made up a whole series of events, and I'm not posting them in order. I hope my explanation makes sense of it for you.
