It's a simple Flash gif with Homestar and Strong Bad. They're doin' a little dance. And yes, it is at 12 frames per second rather than my usual 24FPS; I just wanted to be more faithful to the H*R animation style.
Strong Bad's makeshift sign says "I'm only doing this because Homestar wouldn't shut up if I didn't."
