I'll work out a better title later. I guess these wouldn't even count as fakemon since it's obvious what they were based on. Bleh, Alola forms, whatever._____________________________________________________________________________
Hopick (hop+chick) ----> Volting (volt+molting) ----> Amplume (ampere+plume)
Hopick- The chick Pokemon
Hopick's wings are too weak to get it off the ground at this stage. Because of this, it hops from place to place. The feather on its head stands straight up when it is near electricity.
Volting- The shock Pokemon
A Volting does not have full control over its electric abilities, and they mainly come out through its feathers. Occasionally, Volting will have to molt its feathers when they become too charged up. Picking one up off the ground might get you a shock.
Amplume- The bolt Pokemon
Amplumes can fly incredibly fast. So fast in fact that getting one to stay in one place long enough to catch it is rare. They can be seen wheeling and flying through storm clouds during thunderstorms.

I dunno anything about Native American culture, honestly. The colors for that theme well, now that I think about it. Unless it's related to eagles. I think they were a symbol of protection?

Okey dokey, I'll tell you. The Thunderbird is sometimes depicted with having eyes on its chest. It is also said to be able to shoot lightning from said eyes.
