She is the runner who introduced Michiru to Haruka. She was shown in one episode only. So you don't remember, I guess
To draw the hand I used my own hand and a mirror. I guess, every time I walked to the mirror it wanted to say to me: "Hey! I don't want to see you every minute, get lost already!" XD
And I think you're good at drawing fingers
