DAT HAYR.so yeah, i wanted to do less of an anime style for neverxover and i've always wanted to draw in a kind of semi-realism style. there are still a lot of animeish features to it, but its a bit more realistic than my other style. i've always wanted to be able to do more realistic hair, but i could never get it right. it always still looked to anime for me. i finally figured out something that worked for me. what do ou think? does the hair and everything else look alright? i think my favorite part of this piece is the eyes. i really tried hard to make them detailed and i did so with still keeping my original eye style somewhat. i also added the brown in her eyelashes which i've seen a lot of other artists do and i really like it. i may change the style of Tex's green eye later on. yes, i do want them to be drawn in two different styles. i also added freckles to her because i do actually have freckles, though they're only on one side of my face
all in all, this is hopefully going to be the style for NeverXOver now. of course, i also hope i'll get better at this style as i keep drawing it. i still have a lot to work on.

I like the lips, hair and the green eye. Her glasses look like they're squeezing her head though; it almost looks like someone cut the bottom half of her head and pasted it with a new top half. Lookit them bushy eyelashes xD Anime style eye lashes never cease to amuse me, but I agree with you, the brown does look lovely.

That is amazing. The hair is so detailed, I'd probably never be able to do something like that unless I had a tablet and was good at using it. And those eyes! So epic! I love how you made her prosthetic eye a different style...
