Updates:
[11/20/16] Refaced the text, included text and icon logo.
[7/21/16] Guide complete! *added info about split mutated Pacas.
Extra notes:
Cores are each unique but it is possible for two cores to be really similar!
Cores are about the size of marbles.
Cores can be broken after they die but it is very difficult to do.
Cores don't necessarily correspond with a Pacapillar design. You're free to make the core whatever you'd like!
Transparent Pacapillars project a design and still have cores that aren't necessarily seen within them.
Monster Pacapillars collecting dead cores can be compared to collecting skulls or bones.
Winged Pacapillar cores can remain dormant (not dead) for an infinite amount of time.
Live cores will glow while dead cores look charred and brittle.
Split mutation Pacapillars also have one core but with three different essences inside that are similar to one another.

Concentrated Pacapillar magic! Winged Pacapillars can create shards.

Are they common to find/easy to obtain? The shards, I mean.

In havens/super clusters they are! Usually one or a number of winged Pacapillars will reside in super clusters and maintain them by using Chrysalis Crystals (which in turn create extra shards).

For those, we give out the designs as prizes as well as MYO slots.
There are also a couple of people in the community who choose to raffle off their Pacapillars instead of trading/reselling.
Other than that, we have milestone events for the group that include raffles and other contests!

Hello there! I am not sure if you are familiar with how Intellectual Property works, but in short:
You cannot hold the copyright for "concepts" or "ideas" as a whole!
For example, you cannot hold the copyright for "phones that can have apps", "animals that can generate electricity", "blue hedgehogs", or "beings that turn into inanimate objects when weakened"
Why? Because what copyright does is protect specific things with a definite shape/form.
Ideas, concepts, words, plots, colors, and rules are not eligible to copyright protection, while SPECIFIC things like character designs (for example, Pikachu! and not "animals that can generate electricity"), books as a whole (the work itself, but not the words or the plot in it!), digital and traditional art, music (but not music notes or specific combinations of notes), etc etc
tl;dr: Yes, Tori is allowed to use this idea (which is not exactly the same as SU) and so is everyone that wishes to make "beings that turn into inanimate objects when weakened"
