Sailor Neptune for =marvelous-magic , who won *KoriMichele 's Sailor Moon contest!

The actual file is only slightly--about a a half-inch--larger than standard ACEO size, but when I saved it for the web I blew it up so you could see the "brushstrokes".

I've actually been messing around with Photoshop in secret--it occured to me a couple months ago that I have largely used the program in the same way since I first started doing digital art in high school. I tried a more painterly approach here, using textured brushes, and I'm very pleased and how it came out.
