torque, if you made a .rmskin and place the plugin in pluginfolder( on the rmskin, after the installation, the plugin go to pluginfolder in program files! But you must give some infos in rainstaller.cfg [link] ( so yes, maybe is it more easy to not do like it, and it's more easyest to give all separately, cause it will work sure 100%)

David,I try this way but the plugin.dll file not install "C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Plugins" folder.So i release this skin like this
