Teasing sisters are what brothers are for. So Sokka takes a moment while cruising on Appa to mock Katara a little about Jet (hence the grass thing).Not sure if it fits into context, but I thought it was a good image.

Their facial expressions are just perfect, they fit the time and scene perfectly, I especially like Sokka's grin. Fantastic work on the colouring, shading an highlighting here too, especially on their skin. Katara looks just amazing!
