Wispy sketchy Tevin

As much as I like mutants, I only have a handful of such characters
Of course, Tev was the first, and my favorite out of them X3

See that smile there? He likes doing it, he does
He's a shapeshifter, meaning his body is super-malleable and can stretch and shrink, twist and turn and take on any shape or form, even sizes to an extent.

To combat itty bitty sizes (as he is really dense) he'll separate a bit of himself and shift that so he can be a fly on the wall, so to say

Keep in mind that he can only mimic the shape and physical features of someone or something. If he shifts into say, a fire-wielder or necromancer, he won't be able to shoot flames from his hands or call upon the dead armies D=

But it's still a pretty cool power, especially for covert operations or just being a punk and scaring people (Which, happens to be one of his favorite past times)
Even though this sketch is off in the proportions, I still like it because of that smile HURR
