i love the way you incorporated the blood on the glass! it looks amazing how if spreads through the cracks! the smokey affect for the background was well thought out and the crazed look in his eyes is extreamly well exicuted! when i looked more closely it took me a moment to notice that the cracks around the target on his masks makes a bullseye, now THAT was genious!
my only sugestion is that where the glass is broken you could have altered the image a little more around the eyes like you did for the target on his head. also his nose is a little hooked to me.
