I would like to congratulate you on making this work of art as agreeably colourful as it is.The way you have realized your ideas is curiously average. It is understandable to me that you kept your nose to the grind-stone with your absolute variation of techniques. The background of this artwork is greatly suitable for the effect that I feel you are struggling to encapsulate, but in any case this statement is more than likely trivial. However, I expect that your implementation of rendering could have been improved upon as I see that it wasn't able to equal the capability obvious in the whole of the art piece. To conclude I would like to illuminate that it has been a joy to jot down this criticism for you and I think it will inspire you to increase the power level of your excellent piece.
