whew, em finally got to finish this one after so long
em very sorryy for the looong delay
my assistant is now back so now i'll be able to continue with the regular commission schedule

any ways, this is another one of his character from S.K. Omega
enjoyed doing this one cause i get to do some water effects that i havent done for so long, hehehe
