More fan art of Pluffeon, the flying type eeveelution I made up a while ago. (It's been edited, however, it no longer has those large wings on it's back and now flies using the ones on it's feet XD)I just wanna say, I'm kinda proud of myself right now, because my work is improving! I mean, look at this compared to my old one! I'm not saying "Omg lookit me I'm a freakin artist", because I know I'm not. But I'm getting better, so I'm patting my back for that
