Finally i'm done with my akudemy comicIt always reminds me of Demyx Time :'D

may I ask why you didn't comment in the submission process than on my picture? I find it rude that you comment on the picture than in the submission process because now I have to hide the comment.

Submission is automatic for our group, thus I only know about submissions when they appear as submitted deviations in my inbox. I always leave a comment on the actual deviation to let people know that their submission has been taken down, and why, and it also serves to let other members of the club know I am aware a wrong deviation has been submitted, and it's been taken care of.

Then maybe you shouldn't have an automatic submission if this kind of thing happens. Leaving a comment on the deviation is spamming the deviation itself and I find it sort of rude. If you want members of the club to know then make a journal. It is flawed to comment on the picture to let other members know if you remove it anyways. If it was taken care of then why comment on the picture?

The automatic submission works best for me as it leaves my inbox a lot less cluttered. And the system works. I don't see how it's rude, but I apologise if you felt attacked or anything. But please please please read the rules of submission in the future for groups. I've seen many group admins become frustrated when people don't read the rules before they submit, even if they personally don't chose automatic submission.
In the future, if you chose to submit to the group again, I'll note that you prefer to be told privately.

I know exactly what it's like to have people submit to the wrong folder that is why I don't have an automatic submission because it happens frequently. I comment in the submission process. I just think it would have been appropriate to just remove it from the group and if I asked i would have gotten an answer. I worked really hard on this and I feel that having comments like this here are cluttering the deviation. :/
