It was quiet except for the his labored breath, he ran for so long, trying to distance himself as far as he could from anypony. He paused to look back at his cutie mark, not good. he didn't have much time left. The trees grew few as he climbed the slope moonlight shone brighter than before. He slowed to a trot then halted completely when he entered the center of the clearing. He checked his flank again, his cutie mark had the identical form of the moon at all times, his time was almost expired. Once the full moon is completely clear he would change, and not for the better. Scanning the area he was relieved that nopony was around not for miles, nopony would be in danger. At least he hoped so. Agonizingly he waited, his insides squirmed he sweat profusely the transformation will be sudden... and painful.
