I'm actually kind of proud of this~
and I'll post the chibi by itself soon. THIS IS RUSLAN MINIHANOV. Aka Turkmenistan. He has his closest communications with Russia, tries to trade with Ukraine (Russia prevents this), sometimes fights with Iran, is almost always insulted by Uzbekistan, and is good friends with Afghanistan when he's not trying to smuggle him some drus.

I am Turkish and here in Turkey they say the people of Turkmenistan arnt there friends but there brothers and sisters.
So i thought they would have a really stong bond together.
