Notes:
His head represents the Kremlin and his hair represents red square. It's not actually red because the name comes for the archaic word for 'beautiful' which is the same word for red in Russian.
Birthday- Until I can find out the exact day that Moscow was founded, I chose to use the date he was made capital of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.
Patronym- I thought it'd be best to use the name Moscow's founder rather than Ivan, since they'd be a more fitting father, think of the term 'Founding Fathers'.
Clothes- I chose to give him more traditional yet mildly formal clothes since Moscow's 'Russia's heart' and in my head more traditional clothes are more. . . Heart like? He does obviously wear uniforms and more casual clothes as well as these, but these are the one's I'll probably draw him in most.
