has anyone else noticed the current obession people on DA have with octopus? or maybe I'm just seeing more octopi for some reason...either way, I got a craving to draw this today as I was sitting outside watching the regiester, it was a slow day so that gave me lots of time to work on this and keep my mind busy...cardboard canvas...acrylic paint, patterns added on with photoshop via [link]
Note: the colors are not really so orange-yellowish, but thats how my camera took it and I kinda like it like that...

Well.... It was the third item sold for the night and the woman who bought it is going to give it to a coffee shop for them to display! TA-DA!

I don't know why everyone likes cephalopods so much, but the make for awesome art. This is most certianly my favorite of all your pieces so far. I seriously love it. More please.

YES I HAVE noticed too
i noticed the day I submitted one of my recent line drawings that reminds me of an octopus.
On that same day one of the people on my watchlist submitteed a pic of a person, that reminded me of an octopus/squid
it's really weird. Maybe its some sort of sign lol?
