so yeah this is my first reader insert and its the intro to i don't know how many. it starts in first grade, but the other parts will be in Adolescent-hood. sorry if it sucks.

*first grade*
Your pov:
"Class, I'd like to welcome a new student. say hello to -Name-." The teacher said.
"Hello, -Name-." The rest of the class said in sync. You stayed silent.
"Go sit in that spot, over there." the teacher gestured to a spot on the far right towards the back. 'it was aways more comfortable to be in the back…' you think as you sit down.
"Hey." The boy in front of you said. You looked up to see he had black hair, a black shirt with a zodiac symbol on it, and red and blue glasses that reminded you of the old 3D glasses.
"Uh, hi." You say.
"My nameth thollux."
It seemed he couldn't pronounce the letter s correctly so you guessed what his name was. "Hi, Sollux." You didn't say your name since it was said in front of the entire class. He looked at you for a few seconds then turned around to look at the teacher, who was giving a lesson on math.
After class you went out to recess and sat on the steps, not knowing what to play. Sollux walked up to you and tapped your shoulder. "You're it." He said, a smile creeping on his face and he ran away. You smiled and ran after him. A few other kids played, and soon you had more friends. Karkat was a grump, Nepeta was a cat and really fun, and john was derpy. The next day you came into class and sat next to Sollux instead of behind him.
"Hey, -Name-."
"Hey Sollux."
The class slowly filled up and you watched as Sollux drew drawings of bee's. after about half of the kids were there a kid sat behind Sollux and he stopped drawing. "-Name-?"
"Yeah?"
"Thatth Dave. I think you'll like him." He said pointing to the kid and then looked back down at his drawings.
"Uh, hi, Dave."
"Yo."
This kid was weird… was he trying to act gangster or something? but his cool shades were… cool. Maybe you would like this kid.
