Zero, the psychic/esper on my supernatural/superhero “Strangewatchers” team is from China and thus speaks/understands only a little rudimentary English. As a result she has acquired a collection of hats with single words on them that she can understand/read.
Zero’s normally pretty reserved and stoic but collecting said hats is one thing she seems to get into, and being gifted new ones for her vast collection is one of the few guaranteed ways to put a smile on her face.
