Yet another cyborg from my nameless crime noir/cyberpunk story!

Deco is the latest response to what most in the government called the criminal world's "bootlegged excuse for an android". Despite these bold words, behind the scenes most in law enforcement in the city were worried about Bauhaus's frightening resiliency in battle and his ruthless nature. Even in the few instances where he and Nouveau would fight, she would only put a few dents in him. As such, an even more massive budget was put together to create Deco. Deco was supposed to almost take point as the premier new android peacekeeper but despite his technical knowledge and tons of weaponry, it was found he lacked the "street smarts" and savvy nature Nouveau had developed over such a long period of time. Essentially...what humans would call "experience". As a result he now serves simply as heavy support for her in the field, but his high-end dollar technology is nothing to sneeze at.
