So here we are with the next member of the SPECTRUM group: Miss. Blue! In terms of character revisions I obviously changed her design the most. I just though that another "intense" member wasn't necessary since we had Red. Haha.

Real Name: Missy L. Heartmond

Gender: Female
Specialization: Close Combat
Position: Member of S.P.E.C.T.R.U.M
Powers: Miss. Blue's powers run along the wave-length of X-Rays. This allows her to launch attacks that seemingly do nothing to an individual but ravage their insides, usually resulting in death all the same.
Weapons: The only other member who uses bladed weapons, Miss Blue is a proficient practitioner of arts that incorporated duel-wielding swords. She uses them to inflict deadly slashes at close range and uses her powers with them to launch deadly long range waves of damaging X-rays that can fly over long distances. She is the one who actually taught Mr. Red how to wield his katana.
Info: Miss. Blue is a very crafty and coy person. Her high intelligence allows her to figure out loopholes in promises and contracts simply so she can continue to do what she wants. She isn't afraid of using her "womanly wiles" to get to her goals and her attitude on such matters take her behavior from flirty to down-right promiscuous. She goes through boyfriends like tissues and has claimed to have slept with every male member of the S.P.E.C.T.R.U.M team "just because". None of them have confirmed this....nor have they bothered denying it.
