So here we are now with one of our two monochromatic antagonists for SPECTRUM: Mr. White. Despite the fact that white is usually paired with grace and goodness, believe me he is anything but.

Code Name: Mister White
Real Name: William C. Belmont
Age: 32
Gender: Male
Motive: Absorb the powers of S.P.E.C.T.R.U.M
Position: Enemy of S.P.E.C.T.R.U.M
Powers: Mr. White usually uses his powers in combination with his weapons, but can also make clones of himself called "Blanks" and control a massive wave of deadly white that can engulf and absorb objects and normal humans and animals. The nature in which he applies them to his weapons are below. His shadow is white.
Weapons: Mr. White carries a combo of a close range knife and a handgun. He doesn't use live ammo but instead fires white lasers and beams and concussive blasts from it, drawing from his massive reservoir of energy. He can also extend white energy from the knife to form a sword for longer range attacks.
Info: Mr. White's powers were originally based off of all the other member's of S.P.E.C.T.R.U.M (white being all colors) being put into one person. But it gained properties of its own and he defected, going off on his own. After failing with white, the powers were divided up for 6 individuals to use rather than one. White is a very savvy person and his wit and intelligence surpass that of even Miss. Blue. He talks with a slight southern accent and owns a super-chic night club in L.A called "BLANCA". I imagine its all upscale and white on the inside and blairs ultra-edgy music like this: [link]
