#13 is amazing and funny. I'm surprised more trolls don't use that. However, LOTS of trolls use #15, which makes me want to ram a chef's knife (the big, wedge shaped ones, you know?) into the troll's forehead.

You must have gotten into an interesting argument or two at some point. I used to be part of this car forum where you learned the hard, fast, and brutal way not to argue with these men. They didn't use any of the tactics you listed above, they just logic crit you for 4k and then threw in an all-too-close-to-home insult as icing on the cake.

Ehehe, so true. The one that pisses me off the most is the "oh I was planning this all along, I'm just toying with you!". Though I do tend to do the "quote reputable sources until the author themselves might as well be arguing" thing. Mainly because, if not, people start using all the other methods -- oh you're not experienced enough, oh you're too young, etc etc.
