I noticed your themes dont work unless the OS language is set to english, is it possible to fix?

I've updated all the affected themes and hopefully they work now. Unfortunately, you need Win7 Ultimate to install a language pack, so I couldn't test the fix to verify it.

Oh, I see what it is.... It looks like bad design on Microsoft's part, but it is possible to fix. Nice find!

I guess I'll be busy replacing my uploads. Are there any that you'd like me to do first?

Technical details:

If you extract the contents of the themepack and look in the .theme file, you'll see a [VisualStyles] section. Under that section, there's this line in any theme that only works in English:

ColorStyle=Windows Classic

It only works in English because "Windows Classic" is in English. For some reason, Microsoft decided to use the localized name instead of some unique ID for the style, so you're supposed to use this instead:

ColorStyle=@themeui.dll,-854

It's definitely an acquired taste. The palette was originally intended for programmers coding away in their editor, so it may or may not extend well as a UI theme.

I do prefer the dark version over this one, though.

Nice and warm. This scheme and the previous one are eye-candy. Thanks!
