A theme inspired by Windows Standard that uses colours from the Tango Color Palette . Using Tango colours makes for a softer look (compare to Windows Standard ).Installation
Double-click the .themepack file to apply the theme.

Me likey. Sophisticated, modern, but still classic. When i'll get the Classic theme patch for Windows 8.1, this is the theme i'll pick up for it (Or Storm Clouds/Clouds, Blue, or FXDev)

I developed this on Windows 7 SP1. To make sure, I downloaded the ZIP and tried applying the theme on a fresh-ish installation of Windows 7 and it worked.
Could you please elaborate on what didn't work? Were there any error messages?
Remember that the colours are only very subtly different from the "Windows Classic" theme that comes with Win7, so if you switched from that to this, the difference may not be obvious. Check your Personalization window to see which theme is applied.
