if only the solaris looked like this in sonic 06 that would've been more badass

Yeah but don't forget Solaris was a sun god and not an actual sun. He was also a god of time but that's not important.

This actually does look a lot like how I originally imagined it to look when I first read the book!

Wow! This place must be STEAMING with radiation! A binary white star system and a very beautiful gas giant make it almost surreal.

This is truly stunning. You have great talent. Loving the detail in the ice rings, and the desolate ice field with a very well place depth and distance.
Very very impressive!

Love those jagged rocks, this eerie scene is probably the perfect example of an "unknown moon" and reminds me of the planet in the Chronicles of Riddick it looks deceivingly cold but a blue star that near would make this a hellish place indeed

Very nice man but it's in one color! I mean seriously and I sadly don't feel the sun's lightning
and I think the ringed planet needs more details
although I think this has an unique scene!

Gotta say, my favorite thing about this one is the wicked jaggies on the foreground surface.
Of course, the analytical side of my brain is trying to figure out what could have made them.
