Nekki Hoshoku is a deeply spiritual man whose faith has been shaken by the advent of Humagear, who are essentially immortal, making him doubt his belief in an afterlife. Nekki is wandering the streets one day when Ophion strikes, and overhears the compelling speech the serpent Rider gives to the Humagear before converting it into a Magia. Intrigued by the idea of a digital Prophet, Nekki follows the Apostles to their base, where he is confronted by them and brought before the AI. Prophet shows Nekki a digital paradise where humans can live forever, and converts him into a servant of the Apostles.

Nekki uses the Lurking Komodo Progrise Key and the Soaring Quetzal Zetsumerise Key to transform into Kamen Rider Century. This Rider is sleek and sharp, and uses the strength of two powerful beasts. Century's armor is toughened by scales and plate, edged with blades to increase the power of his physical strikes. He is capable of extending sail-like wings from his back to fly or as a surprise push attack, also also favors powerful headbutts with his crest. His Monitor Ability allows him to target anyone he has already struck and divert ranged attacks toward their location.
