Kouji Ichijou (一条交二) is a young man with an interest in gymnastics, but often distracted by his love of gaming and late for class from sleeping in. Enthusiastic about his passions but lacking focus, one day he hunts down a mysterious ticking sound, discovering a small clock. Since it seems to start shouting whenever he sets it down, he takes it to school, and is later dragged through a portal by gloved hands to a world of magic. A mysterious woman appears, handing Kouji a strange belt and two cards before being attacked by three dark figures. The woman casts Kouji back through the portal to the mortal plane, but he is soon joined by the dark figures, who transform a bystander into a hideous creature. Kouji has a vision of how to use the belt, transforming into Kamen Rider DrawGo (仮面ライダードラーゴ).

DrawGo uses the Doroburgl and Alarmazam Ride Chemy Cards in the DrawGo Driver to access his purple base form. DrawGo is nimble and resourceful, capable of incredible feats of tumbling, parkour and escape. His movements are muffled in this form, which benefits his other ability. DrawGo can lay trip alarm traps by tapping his hand on an object, leaving a faint clock symbol behind. If anything approaches this trap, it will either silently signal DrawGo, or emit a deafening klaxon.

DrawGo is depicted here with his three main pieces of equipment, provided by the Academy to aid him in the field. First is his Chemy Riser, which allows him to conjure and locate Chemies. Next is the QuickDrawGo, a pistol weapon that can be enhanced by scanning Ride Chemy Cards. Finally, the DrawGadget, a large bladed gauntlet that can fire bolts or slashes of force.

DrawGo activates his Driver, creating a giant golden construct of a clock on the ground that begins ticking as he dashes around the field, evading his enemies attacks and tagging them in return as the clock ticks. As the alarm begins to sound, DrawGo leaps into the air, delivering a devastating spinning kick.
