I do take a bit of inspiration from the Sclash Riders with the design of the undersuit, but other than that, I tried to be a bit original with the design, while taking cues from the design of his original Leviathan form. -Heavy Storm - Blowback, thanks to the Leviathan Plasma, can produce electricity from his person, and direct it using his water.

-Tidal Surge - Blowback can swim at high speeds and is unaffected by most aqua-based attacks.

Equipment: -Crash Driver - A belt-mounted driver that allows users to use the power of a CrashPlasma to become a Kamen Rider.

-Leviathan Full Bottle - A Full Bottle containing the essence of the Whirlpool Smash.

-Leviathan Crash Plasma - A Crash Plasma containing the ultra-charged essence of the Whirlpool Smash. It is highly unstable and dangerous to use, but provides extrodinary power

Finishing Attack: By pushing the lever of the Crash Driver out and in, Blowback can channel the Leviathan Plasma and execute a Levionic Explosion.
LEVIONIC EXPLOSION! - Blowback begins to surge with electricity and rockets forward with waterjets. He performs a Rider-Punch at high speeds, slamming into the opponent and dealing heavy damage.
