Flash uses the brown Lagging Sloth Progrise Key to access this inventive and unusual form. Flash transforms with the ShotRiser in Gun Mode, and the bullet slows so he can reach out and grab it. Lagging Sloth has the paradoxical power to slow down time for others, making him seem to move incredibly fast. As such, he is built like a speed form, with three-toed sneakers that give him traction at high speeds. Flash can move so fast, he is able to run across water, as well as up walls and ceilings.

After triggering the finisher, Flash fires off six shots then activates his power, freezing them in place. He then dashes around the battlefield, striking opponents to knock them into the path of his shots before he starts time up again.
