Hideki is a young genius who was a victim of the Bugster virus in his childhood. He was rescued by a Kamen Rider, and over time, grew smart enough to attempt to mimic their technology, build his own Gasshatto, and get the attention of Genm Corp. After his introduction and the revelation of Kuroto's villainy, Hideki forms a splinter cell of Gamer Riders with Aiko and Kenta, along with the help of a few Genm scientists to help build their arsenal in secret. Hideki has been studying the Bugster virus and Game technology for the longest, and believes he can help them reach the Next Level.

Using the Azayaka Memory Gasshatto, Hideki is able to assume the Level One form of Kamen Rider Prodigy Memory Gamer, based on memory and matching games. This form is fairly nimble, which is necessary to utilize this Game's powers. Activating the Gasshatto creates a game space filled with black cubes, the faces of which are edged with lights. When Prodigy touches a cube, the light glows a specific color. If he touches two cubes in a row which light up the same color, they both dissapear, leaving behind a pair of power up tokens.
